Three spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms offer plenty of space for all 10 people (up to six adults), and the private backyard is great for a family. This home is ideal for everyone to just unwind and have a good time together, enjoy the private pool and spa and the incredible view of Oak Park mountains. The space Master bedroom has a king size bed. Other 2 rooms have queen beds. In one of the rooms there is also a futon sofa that opens to a bed. There is also an extra folding mattress bed in the closet in the middle room. Living room has wide sofas. Small children can use the sofas for sleep. There is an EV charger from Tesla in the driveway. There is an extra charge for using the EV charger: $25 per day IMPORTANT: POOL IS NOT GATED!!! THE POOL IS USABLE BUT THE POOL HEATER DOES NOT WORK!!! PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT! If there is a problem with the pool please contact the host. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES!!! There are cameras outside in front of the house monitoring the front door and the street. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except the garage. The garage is a separate unit with a tenant that has a private entrance. Guests can park in the driveway and on the street.
