Only .3 of a mile to the boat ramp, Zolas, Fat Irish, Hwy 101 and Port of Brookings boardwalk. Queen bed, private toilet and shower. Fridge/freezer, coffee maker, tv, electric fireplace and private courtyard. Park right outside your room. The space Guest room is completely separate from main house. You have your own entrance and parking spot. Guest access Please stay in Guest room and courtyard area. Please be respectful of private residences in the area. Other things to note There are 2 large dogs adjacent to your guest room. There is a fence separating the guest room from the main residence. Please no pets in room, on our property or in your vehicle. It is a smaller size room, total sq footage is 214sq feet. There may be a Trump flag on the far side of the garage and please know that the way it is set up that the coffee maker, fridge and microwave are in the same room as the shower/toilet.
