The house is all on one level with three bedrooms and a bathroom adjacent to an open full kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. The back yard has a privacy fence (not fully enclosed) and there's a large front porch. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the last one has a queen and a single bed. There's also a day bed in the living/dining area.
