The fire dept. calls out the volunteer firefighters with a loud siren whenever there is a fire or car accident. The mansion is monitored for your safety. The smoke detectors are linked directly to the fire dept. and will be there in minutes. If you accidentally set it off and it's a false alarm, please call us on our cell phone. There are two entrances to the property, the front door and the rear door, both smart locks. We ask that you keep the circle drive clear and anywhere park up to any yellow block. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and on balconies. The locks to the bedrooms are original and keys cannot be duplicated. If you loose or do not return the skeleton key when you check out, there will be a room charge for every day the key is missing plus a $300 lock replacement. We reserve the right to re-locate you to a different room in extenuating circumstances.
