This adorable cottage was completely renovated in 2022. On the first floor you'll enjoy a new kitchen with granite counter top, a deep two bay porcelain sink, glass top stove, microwave, toaster oven, medium sized fridge and all the cookware and utensils you will need for meals. There is large stand up shower a washer and dryer, and a cozy living room with wifi supported TV. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed. There is a small porch on the front and a fire ring our back. Pets allowed. The space This is the perfect place for couples to have as a base for their visit to Acadia National Park. Located in Bass Harbor just a mile from the historic Bass Harbor Lighthouse featured on the US Quarter. You can walk to Seafood Ketch Restaurant and enjoy a meal while over looking the working harbor where you can watch the boats come and go. Ride your bikes the three miles to Seawall, Ships Harbor trail, and Wonderland, all part of Acadia N.P. We are five miles from downtown Southwest Harbor's shops and restaurants. Guest access This stand alone cottage has keyless entry so you can check in without any assistance. But I am nearby if you need anything. Other things to note We are a pet friendly place, but you will be required to pay an extra $25 and to pick up after your dog. We provide disposal baggies.
