The laundry/mud room has recently been updated as well.. we will not host work crews under any condition. Thanks for understanding Guest access Our yard is clearly marked by the pier to the right and by the propane tank to the left of house..please be respectful to our neighbors yards, there is a charcoal grill, some yard games, bags, and beach towels. There is 4 adult lifejackets..you will need to bring kids lifejackets as well as any fishing equipment you may need..my neighbors have cameras..please do not trespass on their property. Other things to note please note the TVA regulates the water level..our water level fluctuates by season..ie Winter pool summer pool...canoes & kayaks can be used almost year round ..bigger boats please ask any questions before booking..we are now limited to 2 boats at our association boat launch with permits..however there are marinas minutes away and can tie up to our pier.. we ask that guests leave canoe & kayaks as they find them, please be kind and prop upside down so not filled with water for next guests ..4 life jackets are provided..all water sports are at guests responsibility. Also our home is not available for pets so please make arrangements for your furbabies..unfortunately our cleaning crew has allergies, there will be a $100 uncharge if you bring your pet & we have to use different crew.
