Guest access Guests have access to community amenities including heated pool (with shower and restrooms), laundry facility, and covered parking space. Other things to note Latest updates: - Brand New Casper Memory Foam Mattress (as of December, 2021) - T3 Featherweight 3i Hair Dryer added (as of December, 2021) ---- There is no A/C in the home. There is a Dyson cool fan. Summer months can be warm. There is a mechanic shop across the alley near the home; you will occasionally hear their tools. Their shop opens around 9:00am and closes around 6:00pm. They are closed on Sundays. None of my guests have commented on or complained about the mechanic shop, but wanted to point it out so everyone is aware of these details before booking.
