Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 1 bedroom in the lower level of our beautiful home. For everything you need to know, please read below :) The space Welcome to our quiet & furnished lower level which includes a family room with tv (Netflix only), a full bath (not shared), a gym (weights, boxing bag, a thread mill and skipping ropes), and a 1 bedroom with 2 beds (1 queen size and 1 full size). There’s also a queen size air bed that can go in the room or family room (extra sheets and pillows provided). Washer and dryer use is ONLY upon request and for a small fee, for stays longer than 5 days! No access to kitchen. Mini fridge and microwave in room plus dedicated workspace provided in the room. There’s free parking for one car inside and also free parking on the street. House rules: Please put away all your trash before leaving, try not to wear shoes Inside the house, especially on the rug or drag your boxes on the floor, it will cause scratches. All used towels should be put on the floor. No partying, smoking or loud noise. Quiet hours are from 11PM. And please turn off lights when not in use. Guest access Guests main access inside the home will be through the spacious backyard leading to the lower level through keypad access.
