This space is in a private home in a safe, residential area, however; you'll have the place to yourself: Bedroom has a new cool gel King bed, Smart TV and black out curtains for some exceptional rest. Your Living room is complete with a large La-Z-Boy recliner and cool black couch both allowing you kick back, put your feet up and stream some Netflix. The handcrafted Bar is beautiful and functions as a place to sit and gather over wine and cheese, as well as a kitchenette, with the coffee & tea station, frig, toaster and microwave. Everything you need is here, including waters, snacks, glassware and a bottle of wine to enjoy. Watch the rain from inside, lighting the remote controlled, flickering candles in the fireplace. The welcoming porch is your private entry located on the side of the home. Steps from the parking your car in the shared driveway, just behind the white gate side entry. Once inside, a fenced in lawn to enjoy. On your porch, enjoy the outdoor space on the handcrafted wood swing with seating for 4 around the gas firepit - perfect for morning coffee or enjoying that evening wine at sunset. The garden offers the simple pleasures of watching the activities of birds and the bees, while you pick a ripe cherry tomato to snack on. Joggers and bikers love the challenge of the hilly side of our island, as you'll see them pass on the road. Driveway is shared with the resident who enters the home via front door. Inside, there are plenty of windows to let in the sunshine, making this more livable than a cramped hotel room. You can enjoy the high-speed FOIS internet to catch up on social media, post your pics or get some work done in the workstation area. Did I mention the bathroom? With brand new fixtures and the fog free lighted mirror and 3 settings, for perfect makeup or the closest shave! A stone-tile walk-in shower, with dual heads, you will feel pampered like a spa! Our lovely home is in the heart of the hamlet called San Remo. There are so many things to do here and in the surrounding area. If the beach is your idea of fun, Long Island's beaches are legendary. From the powder-fine, white sands of the Atlantic Ocean, the rocky beaches on our bays, to the pounding surf of Montauk, this island east of New York City & Brooklyn, has a variety of beaches and parks on both its north and south shores. The train station is minutes away, which gets you quickly into the heart of Manhattan. Broadway shows, NYC nightlife and shopping galore. We respect your privacy. Guest access This is a newly renovated, luxurious suite in a private home in a quiet residential area, just off a main road. We live on the top floor, and are available if any needs arise. No contact, self-check-in/out. When you arrive, you can park in the driveway, open the gate and you don't have far to wheel your bags to the private entrance of the property. When you self check in and step inside, you're sure to appreciate that everything is new from top to bottom, front to back. Other things to note You don't have to leave your small beloved animal at home, well behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is fine, but please keep it outside. 420 friendly.
