Buying a home? Need a space for a month or two until your home is ready? This is the place!! Do you have 2 people in your group? Make sure to add in the 2nd person on your reservation, (2nd person is $7 a day to help with cost of utilities....fee auto populates on the final total on your reservation!). Did you know you can book 3 months all upfront AND Airbnb only charges the 1st month the moment you book, then they collect next months rent on a monthly basis! This is a small cozy room but it is furnished like an efficiency apartment! Your room includes a small dining table and 2 chairs, mini kitchen island, tall mini fridge, Keurig, coffee maker, Febreze air purifier, and microwave all for you to enjoy in-room dining! Soft and comfy mattress replaced November 2024 and water proof luxury wood looking floors are brand new also! Your room also includes a Keurig coffee maker and a Roku device with a Roku remote control where you can log into your own streaming accounts like Netflix or Amazon Prime. I have 1 cat that mostly stay upstairs with me and 2 kittens who comes to visit sometimes when I pet sit. I also have a rabbit and 2 indoor dogs and 1 outdoor dog who has a super cute farm style dog-run. The back yard is stunning with pretty artificial turf and a new composite wood deck with 2 pool lounger chairs (sorry, no pool yet!), and 2 Adirondack chairs. Your room and the shared areas of the home are downstairs. You may smoke cigars/cigarettes outside or at the kitchen table. Not 420 or CBD friendly. Drug use inside or outside including marijuana prohibited. Prescription marijuana is also not allowed ever, not even outside. I allow 2 guests for this room. No charge for under age 2. Persons age 2 and up or a 2nd pet is $7 per day. If you are bringing a 2nd pet you can select to add a person/guest to your reservation and the fee will automatically populate. This does not eliminate the necessity to charge a damage deposit: if you, your guest, your child, or your pet cause any damage... the fee will be the actual cost for repairs or replacement or remedy. Guests wishing to stay longer than 90 days...you must use a laptop or desktop computer not your phone to create a reservation. For stays over 1 month only the 1st month is charged upfront, each month thereafter is charged monthly. If you are staying for less than two months but more than one month the first month is charged immediately and the remaining is charged 30 days later. You may smoke outside or at the kitchen table in the main part of the home, please do not smoke in your room. Guests do not have upstairs access. This is not a CBD friendly home. No CBD smoking or cbd oil infuser’s of any kind. Don't light candles. Candles not allowed. This is a drug-free home, no marijuana or any drugs allowed of any kind (not even if you have a prescription for marijuana).
