Dining room: table for 6, hutch with guest book, hot tub towels and slippers in basket by the door. Living room: Couch, loveseat, two chairs with ottomans, smart tv (swivels), coffee table, cupboard with games, giant Jenga, ceiling fan, heater/ac.
