Enjoy this private, peaceful cabin setting in the woods. One full bedroom and bath with additional sleeping in loft area. Relax on the cozy couches in the living room by the heater. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy with a large pond. Bring your family or fur babies to enjoy this beautiful getaway!! The space Welcome to the Cabin. A peaceful very private getaway. This private cabin is nestled on 60 acres. Close to 322 (which gets you to Harrisburg and State College in 45 minutes). 5 minutes from Port Royal Speedway and Juniata Valley Winery. There is a front porch over looking a fish pond. Enjoy your meals out on the porch. There is an outdoor griddle for cooking since there is no indoor stove. The cabin is an electric/solar cabin so there are some limits on electric. We ask no supplemental cooking appliances. Hair dryers use a lot of electricity and can kick the breaker if you with the coffee maker or another hair dryer. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, outdoor griddle, fire place (with wood that is supplied), picnic table and pond. Feel free to explore the woods around the cabin or you can walk the long driveway leading up to the cabin. The Cabin does join hunting land, we just ask you stay off any posted land. Also be mindful of hunting season in PA. The pond is stocked with fish so feel free to feed them with the food provided. Other things to note There is Wifi available for guests that you can stream Netflix, YouTubeTV, Hulu etc. using the Smart TV. You can also bring DVDs along to watch on the DVD player. Pets are welcome at the Cabin, but please be mindful of their whereabouts.
