We are only an hours drive to beautiful June Lake and Yosemite, but have the beauty of the desert and its skies. The space This house is complete with tvs in the living room and bedroom. Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi. Full bathroom. Mini splits for heating and cooling. A fold out couch and daybed for extra sleeping space. Privacy on all sides. A doggie door and kennel attached to the house, but a spacious yard for plenty of playtime. On property parking with gate or parking along the fence (whichever you prefer). A patio area for dining with outside lighting. A concrete pathway for unloading luggage. Lots of vegetation in the summer and spring seasons to create a cozy private atmosphere. Views of beautiful Mt. Grant and its sunsets. Guest access Guests can access the entire fenced in property. Two outdoor seating areas. Barbecue area is complete with lighting. Yard has plenty of space for pets to play and explore. Parking can be accessed outside the yard or inside the property with the vehicle gate.
