We love our Airbnb suite, and you will too! A bright room and relaxing spa await you on your private floor suite. You will enjoy your beautiful and airy bedroom with connected living and dining area, private bathroom, and small kitchenette. Step out your front door and into the hot tub overlooking a peaceful pond. You will enjoy the peace of Paradise but be only minutes away from Chico and many fun activities. Antique shopping, Fishing, Hiking, Swimming, Water sports, are all close by. The space Your space is a beautiful 600 sq ft bedroom suite with a private entrance on your own floor. Lots of windows allow for plenty of sunshine and fresh air. Outside your front door is a semi-private patio and hot tub overlooking a peaceful pond fed by a year round creek. You will have your own designated parking spot with a solid sidewalk leading you to your entrance. Your kitchenette will be stocked with coffee, tea, sweeteners, and cream. In addition you will find some "yummy" breakfast treats. If you would like Belgian Waffles one morning, I will be happy to bring them down to you fresh off the griddle! Guest access You are allowed full access to the yard and hot tub. You also have your own parking space. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, hotplate, and microwave. Should you like to do some outdoor cooking, let us know. We have a grill available for your use! Other things to note There is one step up in the bathroom to access sink, toilet, and shower. Our kitchen, dining, and living room are above your suite. If you would like to bring a small dog (30 lb or less) there is a $25 fee. Any exceptions (more than one dog) must be approved prior to booking. There will be additional fees. Must be house broken. Please, no dogs on the bed. We have an air bed available that is great for kids! Please keep in mind we have a pond and the yard is open. No smoking in suite or on property please.
