Very nice 1 bedroom, 1 bath , ground floor condo located on Brigantine Bay. The condo has recently been completely rebuilt after Hurricane Dorian in 2019. The last phase was the installation of new docks. Everything in the condo has been replaced with new. The new kitchen, living and dining area facing Brigantine Bay. Close to Treasure Cay Beach. Heated pool! We are only offering 1 bedroom of the condo and keeping the back room locked for our storage of personal items. Max. of 2 guests. The space There is bed room with queen bed and one bathroom with shower. 16 feet of glass doors face Brigantine Bay and the dock. The dock will accommodate most boats up to 36' . Guest access One bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, and waterside patio. Other things to note There are limited restaurants available in Treasure Cay at this time. Bahama Beach Club, for a complete dinning experience, is open and the famous Florence's Bakery is open for eat in or take out breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The large super store Maxwell's in Marsh Harbor is open and well stocked so make a stop there after arriving in Marsh Harbor for provisions.
