The Pink Door Palace is a brand new home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The functional and stylish space is perfect for a longer term stay or a weekend getaway. It's 1,425 sqft with a massive fenced back yard, so be sure to bring your furry friends! The Pink Door Palace has everything you need to show up, relax, unwind and not worry about a thing. We want you to feel at home so we provide the best towels, bedding and every item you would need to make staying with us effortless. The space Let's get to know The Pink Door Palace>>> >Entry: Huge space; bring your luggage and hang all your items on beautiful purse and coat hooks >The windows fill the space and make for a beautiful light and airy feel. All windows have blinds and the bedrooms have pull down black out shades. Yippee! >The Pink Door Palace has a full HVAC system with air conditioning that will keep you cool even on the hottest days and heat to keep you warm on those occasional snowy days in Paradise. >We have a food and water bowl plus a small bed for your beloved furry friend. >The extensively stocked kitchen has TONS of counter space, coffee maker, coffee, pots & pans, silverware, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, baking sheets, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. >The living room has a large comfy couch with a smart TV so you can relax and enjoy your favorite show. >The primary bedroom is massive with a king bed, 4 pillows, comforter, cushy blanket, magnificent walk-in closet with a hamper and hangers. Plus another smart TV, desk and rolling chair for your comfort while you work. >The primary bathroom has a large walk in shower with white subway tiles to the ceiling, two sink vanity, separate toilet room and is stocked with quality Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash. We provide body towels, hand-towels, make-up towels, q-tips, cotton balls and of course TP. >The second bedroom has a queen bed with 4 pillows, comforter and cushy blanket plus a closet, luggage rack, hamper and hangers. >The guest bathroom has a stunning cast-iron tub with white subway tiles to the ceiling, a one sink vanity and tons of cabinet storage. The guest bathroom also comes stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash. We provide body towels, hand-towels, make-up towels, q-tips, cotton balls and of course TP. >The laundry room has to be my favorite room. Be sure to check out the fun accent wallpaper! It comes with a full washer and dryer plus laundry soap and dryer sheets. >Outside you will have access to the two car garage. If you would like to pull inside, please feel free. Plus the front and back yard both have stunning covered patios to enjoy the cool evenings in Paradise. We also provide a fun set of cornhole! Enjoy! If you are looking to house a few more guests, this property also has a back house called the "The Blue Door Bungalow". If you want to book both properties, send me a message. Guest access Guests will have full access to the front yard, fenced in back yard and patio, entire home and garage. The back unit is rented separately but is very far back from the main home so all guests feel like they are provided an immense amount of privacy. Other things to note A few things to Note: 1. We only provide a “starter kit” of supplies. A few rolls of toilet paper, dishwasher pods, trash bags and paper towels. If you are having a longer stay, please plan on bringing or buying additional supplies. 2. Please note there is no smoking on or off the property. This is a brand new home and we take much pride in our beautiful homes and would like to keep it smelling good and looking fresh.
