Wear aqua socks please Our neighbors for the most part keep outdoor lights off so star views and meteor showers are more visible Our flower gardens also share space with tomatoes butternut squash garlic rosemary Sicilian oregano rhubarb and young shiro and satsuma plum trees and apple trees. You are welcome to partake in the bounty Guest access You have the whole property to yourself except the detached garage. There is plenty of on street and off street parking. Our driveway goes all the way to the beach so we are one of the few properties with a boat launch. Other things to note We have a boat launch which is usable at high tide. there are also boat launch facilities at Twanoh state park, 2 miles away. Please make sure you pull your watercraft or ours above high tide or anchor it well as the tide will steal it away when you’re not looking and then it gets expensive. We have a rowboat and 3 kayaks a canoe and life preservers. We have buoys for anchoring out your boat. Because we are waterfront there are certain risks you assume in swimming, watercraft use, shellfish consumption, and hot tub use. You must watch your children and only engage in activities you are trained in and confident. Winds can turn the water choppy very quickly, especially in the late afternoon
