Welcome to our family friendly abode! Whether you're looking for a super comfortable time with friends or a family gathering, our home is the perfect place and location. Located in the beautiful, historic Willamette District in downtown West Linn, it is an ideal space for families and friends. It's a very comfortable and spacious environment both inside and out. Huge backyard to gather The space Light and airy, our house includes a full, spacious, and modern kitchen, new front load washer/dryer, 3 large bedrooms (one being a large Master with a partial view of the Willamette River and deep bath, and two additional loft and common sleeping areas. We have a large play area for any kid or adult stocked with tons of toys, a full size pool table and an air hockey table. Outside, watch people go by on the outside front porch or enjoy a suntan, BBQ, a game or frisbee or a jump on the trampoline. Feel free to pick fruits and veggies from the garden in our park-like backyard. *Please note, we have guests in our basement. They have a private entrance and you will rarely see them. They do have access to the backyard. We know how much stuff you have to prepare for travel especially with kids. We are happy to offer a pack-n-play, books, toys, car seats, and strollers for your use while you are here. Just let us know what you'd like. Also, we have a backyard slide, lots of outdoor toys, a tree swing and a large, enclosed trampoline to occupy your kids in our backyard. We are also walking distance to two parks with playground equipment as well. We have a separate basement unit that is sometimes occupied. When it is, the main backyard is shared with these guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except the office, owner's walk-in closet upstairs, garage, and a small bedroom ( we have 3 bedrooms available to stay in).
