One in living room, one in a bedroom and the last is in an outdoor living area. The large bedroom has a sitting room. Children are welcome, however, I do not have amenities for them. The home was built in 1952. My home is clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to take Highway 411 to many areas of interest. The house sits on a one acre lot. It is not fenced. I feel it is best suited for travelers who want to explore the beautiful surrounding areas without long drives or even those who have work in the area, coming for an event or to visit friends or family. Guest access There is no shared space on the property. It is all yours! Other things to note This is a house that is great to visit family, attend a wedding at nearby venues, explore the mountains, rivers in Polk and Monroe counties. It is not a new house. It was built in 1952. Very clean and comfortable with a great screened porch so your groups can have plenty of space. It is conveniently located between Chattanooga and Knoxville and 30 minutes to Cleveland and Athens.
