At your stay, walk to the Nippersink Country Club for a round of golf and relax on our back deck over-looking the calm Tombeau Lake. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen, and end the night by our stone-chimneyed fireplace. The space The newly stained deck and granite patio table line the view of the lake from the back of the house. You'll notice our backyard is home to many wild birds and animals, such as cardinals, blue jays, hummingbirds, and blackbirds. The living room, dining room, and two queen bedrooms that make up "Dodo's Lake House" invite a certain kind of nostalgia. The decor has a cozy, intimate feel with a large, roundabout design ensuring multiple perfect views of the lake. Down the deck towards the lake leads to the rest of the backyard, which opens up to multiple untamed spaces. Walk around towards the side of house by the lake and find the large grassy knolls spotted with trees of oak and pine. Take caution when exploring beyond the manicured grass as many parts of the property are natural and unkept. Guest access The private back deck and grass fields next to the Lake Front are all accessible. The stone steps leading down to the dock are currently out of order, and require careful attention before descending down to the pier.
