Our home is a cozy Catskills getaway less than 2hrs from NYC. This home is the perfect opportunity to enjoy nature, the trails, and a babbling creek that runs through the property. Our home is 20 minutes from most Catskills attractions and is the perfect home to share with family and friends, a true home away from home located on the end of a road for privacy. The space Our home is cozy and ready to host family and friends. One bedroom has a king bed with a full closet and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has a twin/full bunk bed with a shared Jack & Jill bathroom. A WFH nook and high-speed wifi are available, as well as board games and a record player to entertain if you want to unplug. There is also a wood-burning stove to keep you warm and toasty on chilly nights. Our Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to bake and cook to pass the time. While pets are allowed, there is a 1 pet maximum and with pre-approval. Guest access You have full access to our home and over 10 acres of land. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Our home was awarded a Chestnut Creek Restoration and Preservation Grant. New trees and shrubs were planted to encourage the environment around us to stay active with local wildlife like deer, frogs, etc.
