East Main Place shared housing is located on the edge of downtown Hazard. Originally built in 1962, you will find a clean and comfortable home away from home. Hardwood floors & laminate throughout and a new central heat and air unit. 50” Roku TV, including HBO Max and Paramount + , is provided in the shared living room space. All utilities provided, including WiFi. Enjoy all the comforts of this fully furnished/stocked home with covered porch and wrap around deck overlooking East Main Street. The space East Main Place Is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath perfect for agency, contract And other professionals coming to Hazard for work, as well as students doing clinical rotations at the local hospital. This is an older home with some updates, but has all necessities for a comfortable stay. Initial starter supply of paper products provided. Bedrooms are rented individually and each has it’s own keyed locking door for privacy and security. Or, ask about renting the entire space if available. Pets may be considered on a case by case basis, (certain breed/size restrictions), with an additional pet deposit. Guests must be able to climb stairs in order to access home. Hazard Community Technical Campus is 4 miles away (10 minutes), Hazard Community College 2.8 miles (5 minutes), and ARH Hospital, Psychiatric Hospital and UK Center For Excellence in Rural Health 6.3 miles (12 minutes). Guest access All guests have access to living room, laundry area, full kitchen and dining area. During your stay We don’t live on the property, but are only a phone call away! We can be there within 5 minutes if needed. Other things to note This listing is for one queen bedroom. There is a 2nd bedroom available for rent so It is possible you will have 1 roommate. Ask about the possibility of renting the entire space if available.
