Colony Suites 222 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps 6 guests with a queen bed in the master, queen bed in the guest room & queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo boasts over 1,000 square feet of living space in an open-plan living & kitchen area. The suite offers plenty of room to unwind and relax after an exciting day on the beach or exploring Tybee and downtown Savannah. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a nice table for 4, and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen bar counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer is also in this condo for your ease while traveling. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. These unique suites offer a quiet interior location without a balcony or view but do provide access to all of the resort's amenities for unbeatable beach prices!
