The Villa and the main home sits on about 3 acres of the original 33-acre farm. We are just a short distance from USC, the airport, Fort Jackson, The Riverbank Zoo and Lake Murray. The Villa has 2 smart TVs, a large griddle for cooking out, a microwave, coffee pot, small refrigerator, 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and sitting area, a work/game area with a queen size sleeper sofa and a queen size air mattress upon request. There is a separate smoke house that was converted to a wine room with a bar and table for 2. The secret garden is magical at night and inviting during the day. The Villa pool and garden was featured in an award-winning movie and is also featured in an upcoming travel segment. Guests are welcomed to the Villa with a wine and charcuterie board.
