PLEASE REVIEW THEM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. You’ll have access to the entire home and backyard complete with a fire ring, two porches with rocking chairs and bbq area with grill. The Old Dairy has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master with queen bed has shiplap walls, farmhouse chandelier, and large windows that overlook the back yard. It also has a sleeper sofa. The cozy second bedroom has two twins. Two floor mattresses are stored in the master bedroom closet. The Old Dairy comfortably sleeps 7 with the 7 ft. living room couch as an 8th option. The kitchen is complete with microwave, oven, sink, full-size refrigerator and coffee bar. Please use only our provided bottled water for the Keurig. Since The Old Dairy was part of a historic small farm, the water still comes from the well. There is bottled water provided in the refrigerator. Please flush only our provided toilet paper in the toilet. (Please no wet wipes) We are proud Superhosts and do our best to include all the necessary items for cooking, cleaning, and living. If something is missing or not to your standards please reach out and we will be sure to make things right. There are so many things to do in this area so please check out our guidebook for ideas! No smoking. Guest access: Guests have full access to the home and fenced in back yard. The front house is ours. You may see us coming and going but the back yard is yours to enjoy. We are very sociable but respect our guests' privacy. Other things to note: You have two parking spaces dedicated to you. Additional cars can be parked on the street. Please don't block our cars. Trash comes on Monday and Recycling comes every other Tuesday. There is a larger blue trash can under the car port for trash and a green trash can for recycling. If you're missing anything, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay. If you would like to use the fire ring please let us know and we will prepare a fire for you. Please keep the campfire in the fire ring and not larger than what the ring can fit. The 10 ft by 30 inch pool is perfect for relaxing on a hot day: Absolutely no unsupervised children in the pool. No glass or sharp objects in the pool. Guests will be charged if the pool is damaged. SAME DAY BOOKINGS: Please remember that check-in is any time after 4 pm (For same day check-ins, our cleaners need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 4 pm, we will let you know. Please use our provided bottled water for the Keurig. 1. No smoking. 2. If guests are under age 21, no alcohol is permitted. 3. No parties or events. 4. No additional people are allowed on the property as per our insurance policy. 5. Guests agree to take financial responsibility for any damage done to the property during their stay. 6. Other things to note Feel free to grill steaks or chicken on the fire ring grill. We've recently added two outdoor claw foot tubs for a romantic soak under the Texas stars.
