The space The upstairs living area will speak for itself, including artwork, antiques, sandstone fireplace, and architectural features, It’s just a few of the amenities to enjoy in this fully stocked vacation home. From tank-less hot water, superior mattresses and furnishings, 3 TV’s, laundry chute, Lapacho wood floors, chefs kitchen, dining table for 10, and deck furniture. To sunsets from the master bedroom balcony and crow’s nest, no detail has been overlooked. You’ll immediately love this beach gem. Guest access The house features a two car garage for storage and laundry, along with beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, and toys. The garage is shared with the downstairs apartment, but the laundry is yours alone. Not counting the towels, chairs, and boogie boards- the kayaks, surfboards, and bikes require a courtesy heads up to take down to the beach. There are public walk-overs at each street, one of which is two houses away. A1A is actually a 10mph one-way street between the ocean-front homes and the dunes. The beach is literally 50 steps away.
