Beautiful 3,000 square foot home on 2 acres of lawn with a pool. 8 beautiful rooms including a first-floor master bed room with private bath. The basement is spacious & clean with a ping pong table and workout area. There's a pool and adjacent shed/cabana ("shabana"), and there's a fire pit off of the deck. The space This is a wonderful, spacious, "indoor/outdoor house" during both the day and night. In addition to the 3 beds, there is room for additional guests in the upstairs bedrooms and/or the first floor playroom (which is huge and has curtains for privacy). You will love this beautful home for an extended stay in gorgeous CT countryside!!! Guest access Other than a few locked closets and one locked room, you will have access to the entire house and property. Other things to note The central air conditioning is upstairs only (3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom). The downstairs stays quite cool during the summer months. 3 AC window units will be in place to adequately cool the downstairs rooms in the event of excessive heat waves. Other miscellaneous notes: there is a 2nd refrigerator in the 2-car attached garage, there is a small pond in the front of the house, and our property has always been "pet free" (no dogs or cats).
