Safe neighborhood, you have your own parking space, you can feel like you are at home because I am super easy going, just ALWAYS going lol. I really am always on the move or doing something, so don't mind me! 2020 sucked, but this space makes everything better. I do smoke weed, I don't like cigarettes, I do hangout in the shared spaces a lot, but I am very accommodating as long as you keep the pets inside! This is my only rule along with you must feed yourself and provide your own weed. The space Your bedroom is furnished with blues, blacks, and grays. It is a good sized room, right next to the bathroom and laundry. You have your own walk-in closet and the largest TV in the house with full access to my Hulu Live TV and my HBO and whatever else is logged into the Roku system. If you want anything specific (I don't have Netflix) or want to log in to your own accounts, please do so. Guest access You have access to every room except for mine of course. I only accept longer stays. I have an HOA to appease & they have instructed me to 10 day stays minimum, so that is what I offer and accept. During your stay I'm not looking for a friend, and I like my space, but if you NEED anything, let me know. Other things to note My pets are strictly indoors and they need to stay that way. I do not need any incidents, so you must seem trustworthy of this and you must acknowledge the importance of this rule by following it at all times.
