Included in this listing is our unique 4 full bed bunkhouse cabin along with our very comfortable one bedroom, one bath, U.P. home and our very cute, rustic, outdoor shower. There is a fire pit outside to enjoy a hot dog roast while listening to the whip-poor-will in the evenings. The cabin is close to the trails and many UP attractions such as Mackinaw Island and bridge, the Soo locks, and Tahquamenon Falls. The space The cabin has one bedroom with a Queen bed and full bunks, able to sleep 6. The bathroom was remodeld in 2020. The kitchen comes with all of the equptment you will need including a coffee grinder. You will love the wood stove on a cool evening. There is also a propane furnace. The fire pit is a great place to roast hotdogs and listen to the whipper-wills. The 20-acre lot allows for your young ones to ride ORVs on our trails without fear of other riders. It is also fitting for large group gatherings. We can accommodate an extra camper for $15/night. Please ask about this opportunity before booking. There is a 20-amp hookup on the garage for the camper. The wooded area surrounding the cabin has many walking/ORV trails. It is in the Hiawatha National Forest. You are just 3 miles down a dirt road from the North Country Hiking Trails, ORV trails, snowmobile trails and trout fishing. Site seeing: 45 mins from Tahquamenon Falls, 45 mins from the Soo locks, 35 mins from the Mackinac Bridge, 90 mins from Oswald's Bear Ranch, 90 mins to Pictured rocks. Snowmobile dates have been blocked off but several are available. Please message me if you are interested in a particular date. Other things to note There is plenty of room to park your orv and snowmobile trailers. There is a circular driveway with two accesses to the road. There is no wifi at the cabin. Sprint and T-mobile cell service work well, other services are spotty. We have a no smoking and no pets policy.
