Deck overlooking the Rocky River Private Studio Suite overlooks estate grounds down to the Rocky River Very Quiet and private absolute quite hours after 10:00PM out of respect for the property owner and other guests on the property The space The space is a private living suite attached to the main house and is part of an estate with several living spaces and 4.28 Acres of beautiful grounds. You will also have a private bathroom. I am the owner, Sandy, and live in the main part of the house. Zen River is very private and gives you access to most of the property which is a beautifully maintained hilly ground leading down to the Rocky river. The historic property has all kinds of trees and flowering plants (In Season) , some stairs and several decks which overlook the river. The views are breathtaking no matter the season!
