This home has 4 private rooms with their own in-suite bathrooms , billiards room, chef style kitchen, wet bar, and massive windows through out home to bring in the natural light in. The lake lends itself for a day of fishing or kayaking. The private deck overlooking the lake is great for a private dinner or Gathering! The space This gem of a property has been kept a secret for over 50 years and now is available for your enjoyment. This exceptional home is monitored currently by the owner that lives across the lake, so if you are thinking of doing a party or wedding of any kind or event not approved by the owner it is very highly discouraged. If you have a special gathering request of additional 40 guests Max we can accommodate with an additional fee of $5200 (8 hour Gathering time with Gathering to end at 10PM) send inquiry before booking. The additional fee will be paid through AIRBNB PORTAL DURING BOOKING OF RESERVATION Guest access First and Second floor of the home. Third floor not accessible to guests(no one lives on this floor , being used for storage by owner, owner does not have access to this space while there is a reservation in place) Other things to note 15 minutes away is Albertsons in Alpine Ca grocery store.Our fishing is catch and release. we dont allow guests on the property that are not on the reservation. no outside guests that includes visitors even if they don't spend the night. We can't accomadate early check-ins due to our grounds and cleaning crews conflicting schedules
