We have approximately 20 private acres of hiking rails, ponds, streams, and woods. 15 miles from Lake Fairlee, 26 miles from Dartmouth College, 44 miles from Woodstock VT. Golf course at nearby Lake Morey. Not suitable for children or pets, sorry. The space Cabin was built in 2019 and still looks new. Bedroom, bathroom with shower, living space/kitchen, propane heater that looks like a wood stove and keeps the cabin warm and cozy in the winter. New appliances, couch, etc. Guest access You have the entire cabin, and 20 acres of land to explore with paths, meadows and streams. Other things to note The cabin is located in a lovely rural setting, but is on a paved state road (not close to the road). The town of Vershire has no stores, restaurants or commercial buildings other than a Post Office. There are country stores in Chelsea (five miles west) and Post Mills (8 miles east) Gas is also available at the store in Post Mills. The nearest supermarket is 20 miles away. Many good restaurants within a 25 mile radius. There are many recreational opportunities in the winter and summer. Note: the driveway is on an incline and can be snowy or icy in the winter. We have a reliable plow person.
