You can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or the downstairs patio which has outdoor furniture, a hammock and ambient lighting. Plenty of things to do for kids even if you don't take advantage of being in the central point of the Jersey Shore. Kids can play in the sandbox, enjoy a swing in the yard which is mounted to the deck so super high and fun for our toddlers, they can draw with chalk on the cement patio then have a water fight! Keep in mind this is not just a rental property but our home away from home. We have children so this home has most of everything you will need for your babies & toddlers (bottle drying rack, baby spoons, pack and play, some toys, some books, baby DVDs, high chair). We take absolute pride in this home and ask that you too take great care of it so we can all enjoy it for years to come. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with exception to the garage & attic. Other things to note I will be available to guests by phone at all times.
