Located in a quiet/safe/no-traffic neighborhood/dead-end street with easy parking, but close to all major roads and commuter options (NJ Transit buses, train stations, park & ride..etc). Check the map for proximity to all roads, retail locations, banks, restaurants, malls...etc. WiFi & All utilities/heat & hot water included. A large living room, large kitchen, dining area, and nice bathroom are all on the same floor as the guest's bedroom. The space The home is located on Alden Street in Wallington, NJ. Wallington is a very safe area, and the house is on a very nice block. 8-minute drive to MetLife Stadium, the American Dream, and the Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment. The main floor is the master bedroom with a private half bath, which is my bedroom. (I am 43 years old, full-time job, no kids or pets, and spend most of my time in the yard, on the patio, on the deck by the pool, or on the ground floor, which is a studio apartment with a full bathroom/kitchen. The middle-sized bedroom is available for rent for one person with a personal-sized in-room refrigerator. The smaller bedroom is currently occupied by my brother, a 37-year-old professional male who is respectful and courteous. The full bathroom on the main floor will be shared between you and him. We are responsible, clean, courteous, and respectful of others' privacy. We have reviews to show it. The large living room, kitchen, dining area, and full bathroom are on the same level as the bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer downstairs in my ground-floor unit, which I can give you access to upon request. If you are interested, I can email you pictures. Guest access See "The Space" description.
