Often called the "Lake of the Changing Colors", Deer Lake's crystal-clear water displays a wide range of magnificent colors on sunny days and ranks among the clearest in Minnesota with a water clarity level of 16 feet. It also has a healthy fish population of muskie & walleye. The view from this cabin to the beautiful bay below is like none other whether it be summer, fall or winter. The space This cabin will accommodate 8 with 4 bedroom and 1 and 3/4 bath. There are 4 bedrooms - 1 Queen bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with a full size bed in the basement. This cabin has faux hardwood floors throughout the main floor and basement bedroom. The basement has all new vinyl flooring and the 3/4 bath with a beautiful tile rain shower. All 3 bedrooms on the main floor are carpeted. The bedroom in the basement has new faux wood flooring. The main floor full bathroom has a double vanity sink. Guest access Guests can access the entire cabin. Other things to note Areas of Risk identified by Landlord: Summer: - Absolutely no diving, jumping or rough play into the water from the dock. The water is shallow and dangerous for diving, jumping and rough play. - If you are bringing a boat. There are abrupt shallow bars and rock areas in the lake. Some are not marked by the DNR marker boueys. Absolute attention to accurate GPS charts and lake maps is required to safely navigate the wonderful waters of Deer Lake. - Absolutely no fishing off the water trampoline. Do not bring any item to the water trampoline that could potentially puncture it. - Absolutely no swimming under the water trampoline and/or launcher. Always: - Absolutely no rough play on the deck. No walking on the railing. - Use of fire wood and starter brush is allowed but must be carefully managed according to common sense and fire restrictions and ordinances. Fire should never be allowed to exceed a few feet in height and should never be left unattended.
