The space 1920's home with 4 apartments with separate entrances. All can have access to each other with the inner staircase and can use main dining room together if entire home is rented. Washer and dryer included. 3 have full kitchens. All have private bath rooms. (9 people sleeping single or up to 18 if you double up) Guest access Apartments 1 and 2 are upstairs with outdoor staircase entry or can enter from downstairs and use inner staircase to access. Apartments 3 and 4 are downstairs with at least 4 steps with handrail to enter.
