Airport is a 20 minute drive The space House is equipped with a stocked kitchen: utensils, pots & pans, condiments, coffee maker and other kitchen essentials. Basement has a stationary bike, yoga mat, workout ball and a tv to enjoy while you exercise. Dog friendly = one dog 50 pound max. - The property is fenced in - Pet must be treated with flea/tick topical at least 48 hours prior to stay. - Dogs are not permitted on the beds or furniture. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if we find evidence that animal was on either - You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. There is a garbage can outside for this. Guest access Enjoy full access of the house, basement and fenced in backyard. Other things to note There is a $50 pet fee. We allow 1 dog 40lbs and under for this fee. Please contact us if you have a larger dog, or interested in bringing more than one pet. Exceptions are made.There is a high chair and pack and play available in the house. High Chair and Pack-N-Play are available for your use. And can be found in the basement.
