Cook Forest cabin located about a mile away from the Clarion River. Guests will have access to the entire cabin - loft, first floor, and fully finished basement. The space 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 3 Levels Beds: 1 Queen; 1 King; 1 Twin 1.9 miles to Cooks Forest State Park and the Clarion River. 12 miles to Clear Creek State Park, also on the Clarion River. On the main floor is a modern kitchen with granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, and large dining table. Kitchen is complete with all necessary cookware and utensils. The main floor is an open plan, cathedral ceiling living room with leather sofa, love seat, and chair. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized bed and TV/DVD. A bathroom with claw foot tub in on this level. Upstairs is an enclosed loft with a king sized bed, and a single bed. There are also some sleeping bags for extra people. CD player/radio available. On the lower level (walk out basement) is a huge carpeted room with TV/DVD, leather sofa and loveseat. Another bathroom on this level has a shower. Outside is a large wrap around deck with picnic table and adirondack chairs. There is also a firepit in the yard and a kettle grill for your use (please don’t use on the deck). This cabin has internet as of March 8th 2021. There is no cable or land line phone. There are lots of DVDs you can use or bring your own. There is A/C, ceiling fan, and two box fans. Sheets and towels are provided. We clean before and after you leave. We will pick up trash after you leave. One or two dogs allowed with approval. Please do not let animals alone in cabin unless you crate them. If we know in advance we can provide a crate.
