The space This is a three bedroom, one bath with a large private kitchen and spacious bathroom . You have a private entrance via the carport and outdoor patio (two flights up) or the main interior staircase thru the mansion. Newly renovated. The rooms are very cozy, fully carpeted, quiet top floor with updated amenities. You have your own heating and air conditioning unit for your floor so you control the thermostat. Free wi-fi, Netflix and Amazon ready smart flat screen t.v.'s. Kitchen appliances include icemaker, microwave, a dishwasher and a private full size washer & dryer. Guest access You can access this floor via a private entry from the rear of the carport outdoors..in very inclement weather please use the interior main staircase. The mansion is located in town with direct access to two major highways and the PA.turnpike. Other things to note Enjoy a continental breakfast or make your own hot breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Monthly stays do not include breakfast. Dine in the back patio or on your balcony. The fire dept. calls out the volunteer firefighters with a loud siren whenever there is a fire or car accident. The mansion is monitored for your safety. The smoke detectors are linked directly to the fire dept. and will be there in minutes. If you accidentally set it off and it's a false alarm, please call us on our cell phone. We ask that you park up to any yellow block to keep the circle driveway clear and park off to the side. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and/or balconies. We reserve the right substitute accommodations or upgrade your room in case of extenuating circumstance.
