Passley Perch is a 450 square foot one bedroom apartment within our family home that includes distant views of the Pacific Ocean overlooking the quiet Dawson Tract neighborhood. The space Passley Perch includes a sun filled private patio area and a short walk to the beach Other things to note We always leave the door unlocked before Guests arrive because there is a key provided inside to use while you stay... We ask that you make sure when checking out that the front door is left unlocked and key provided is left on the desk. We always try to make sure that the things that we list are provided for our guest but if for some reason they are not, please don’t hesitate to ask!
