This Basement apartment is oddly serene, especially while on the hammock out back, this property is Rough and Unpretentious. The ceilings are as low as 6’3”. Recently remodeled; you are the only one who has access to it. Fully furnished, private bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. Please Read Everything Before Booking. The space Recently remodeled I exposed the support beam in the bathroom, put in luxury vinyl floors, new lighting, a custom tiled shower/bathtub, electric fireplace, reclining leather love-seat, butcher block counter tops, etc. Its a perfect getaway and a modern apartment in a really old house with lots of character. This house was built in 1880 and is one of the oldest houses in Greeley. A basic farmhouse with no frills but good bones it has been undergoing some remodeling to update the look. It is in an Industrial neighborhood and only one building separates us from the train tracks. Its a multi story brick warehouse used by Distortions who had a show of the Travel channel called Making Monsters for several years. Smoking/vaping is only allowed at the pergola or in your car. Please do not litter. Inside: -Fully Furnished kitchen; pots, pans, dishes, Tupperware, blender, crock pot/pressure cooker, etc. -The bathroom; wash cloth, bath towel, bath mats, toothbrush holder, detachable shower head with 4 settings, etc. -Sitting area; Reclining leather love-seat, TV tray, electric fireplace, Flat Screen TV, swivel wall mount, full length mirror and decor. -The Bedroom; Queen sized bed with room for storage underneath and topped with a 3" memory foam mattress topper and a protector, pillows, sheets, blankets, cloths rack, iron and ironing board, desk and desk chair, bedside table and decor. Outside: -The Pergola- There is a fire pit, BBQ Grill and covered Pergola with a hammock. -The pergola out back is a designated smoking area. If you smoke, it is the only allowed location on the property. There is a gray 5 gallon bucket for your cigarette butts or 420 remnants. Do not liter. Please use what has been provided and enjoy the space that has been made for you. If you litter a $250 fine will be charged to you. -The parking lot. Feel free to park 1 vehicle here in the parking lot or out on the street. I personally park on the street but it is just my preference for a quick arrival and departure. -The Garden Bed is full of veggies and flowers in the growing season and I hope to engineer a miniature hoop style green house so that I can start some plants early on in the year. Guest access The entire apartment is yours and no one else's. The entrance/mudroom is shared space. Everything outside is shared space. You do not have access to any other apartments. Other things to note I take care of 2 adult men with developmental disabilities and work downtown in the nutrition clinic at the Academy of Natural Therapy. I also have my own nutrition consultation practice where I can have hair, tissue and blood labs done or online consultations with an assessment software. Predominantly my clients request help with heart health, blood sugar, mood, energy levels and weight loss. I coach based on data collected and other information you give me on diet types, activity levels and supplements. I am currently overweight myself and am working on strategies for more activity and higher quality food consumption on limited time. This house is my project, my baby, my community and my home. I have worked myself sick for the last 10 years to get it where it is now and it is still a work in progress. This will be a defining story of my life and I am excited to make you part of it.
