The space This is an older home. It was built in the 1930's and has lovely hardwood floors. The house is small and simple, but cozy. You have access to the off-street driveway, the patio in back, and the yard which stretches back to the treeline. To ensure your safety, we are using AirBnB's enhanced cleaning recommendations and have sanitizing materials on site for your use. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet. The driveway allows for off-street parking. There is a residential home to the north and a school vehicle lot to the south. (Busses are active on school days.) The patio and yard aren't fancy, but they allow for privacy and space to entertain, play, and exercise pets. If you walk one block to the south, you will find the community walking trail. You will have access to the entire house sans the utility rooms in the basement. The basement with washer and dryer is unfinished. Other things to note We have installed high quality filters on the HVAC to help with allergen, virus and bacteria filtering. We use a HEPA filtering system and fans to ventilate between guests. We have a security camera that monitors the driveway should you wish to park a moving vehicle.
