The King Suite has an attached bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper. The main floor boasts a grand dining room, parlor, library, billiard room, music room, and an eat-in kitchen. When staying at A Charles Weiss Home, the original woodwork throughout the home, along with the antique furniture and decor give you a sense that you have been transported back in time. If you have an old soul, this place is for you! Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED, due to severe allergies of the owner. Guest access Guests have access to the first 2 floors and have use of the large front porch. It's a great place to gather with friends and family. The 3rd floor is where one of our caretakers lives with their roommates. There is no shared space and guests and tenants each have their own entrance. Other things to note There is a shared driveway with the neighbor to access the back parking lot. Guests may park in the designated "guest parking" spots in the lot. Parking on the street is allowed on alternate sides per the city ordinances. The short-term rental agreement must be accepted and acknowledge and the registration form filled out and returned prior to receiving the lock-box code to access the front entrance.
