Welcome to our private one-bedroom apartment/basement. Easy access to public transportation to New York, Times Square (bus stop is 7 minutes away walking distance) Newark Airport-25 mins driving. American Dream Mall -15 mins. Met Life Stadium-15 mins. Soho Spa Club-6 mins. Our charming apartment is part of a two family house where we live in. There are great restaurants, markets, bakeries, cafes, etc. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe and secure. Garage available upon request. The space Guests will have a QUEEN size bed and FULL comfortable sofa bed in the bedroom. PRIVATE fully bathroom with a bluetooth system. High speed internet included. There's a cozy place to eat and a small living room area to relax. We provide a microwave, toaster, mini fridge, coffee maker, cutlery, plates, bowls and glasses. THERE IS NO STOVE, there is a KITCHENETTE with kitchen sink. Our basement is divided in two units; this private apartment and two rooms with two long term guests in them. You will NEVER use their entrance or see them ever as your apartment is completely separate from those rooms. Guest access You will have a private entrance to your apartment. There is a main entrance to the house, and a shared hallway that leads you down the stairs to your private basement apartment. You will have private access to the laundry and dryer room anytime. Other things to note 1.-LOW CEILING in laundry and kitchenette area (sorry) only for persons under 6 feet and 1 tall. 2.-ID is required for check inn. 3.-We love pets but unfortunately two of my children have asthma that's why we don't accept them. 4.-Boiler is close to unit and makes noise once in a while during cold season when heating up the unit. 5.- No visitors allowed.
