The city limits of St Louis are only about 17 miles away, yet we are located within walking distance of all that the idyllic town of Waterloo offers: great restaurants, shops, and breweries. Enjoy our coffee bar, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a park-like backyard with a fire pit. If you have a larger group, consider booking this unit (The Ruby) and the soon-to-open upstairs unit (The Hugh)! The space About a block away you can find restaurants, shops, and a charming downtown. Our backyard is complete with a cozy fit pit, outside patio table, grill, and twinkly lights over all for instant ambiance! Guest access The back courtyard is a shared space, but it's yours to enjoy! Relax at a table outdoors under an umbrella or around a fire pit with outside lights. Each unit has it's own BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. (The firepit is shared.) Other things to note Our unit has a max of four, as required by our city law for the square footage of the bedrooms. To make sure Waterloo’s city occupancy law is abided by, if a guest is found to exceed guest limit capacity, the host (The O’Bannon House) has the right to terminate the reservation immediately with no refund.
