Located in Historic Nolensville, it’s just a hop to shops & restaurants including Oh My Chives natural market (sandwiches + coffee + juice), an amish market, a park, and more!! The space Our quaint & eclectic 1960’s home sits on 1.5 acres with a big backyard surrounded by trees. This home has been in our family for generations, so it is very special to us. We’ve adorned it with our favorite art and some of our own artistic creations including terrariums, pour-paintings, & the colorful curtain! Residential homes are on either side of the property— directly across the street is Oh My Chives natural market (+mexican/korean bbq/icecream) & just few minutes walk up the road are the vintage/clothing/gift shops, restaurants, & park of Historic Nolensville! •Since this home was built before modern hvac, we have installed new semi-portable a/c units & a cozy gas stove for colder months. ! UPDATE ! We have installed another A/C unit since a guest informed us that it was a bit warm during their stay !! So hopefully this keeps things nice and chill this summer! 🧊❄️🌊 •New appliances •Both bedrooms have new, non-toxic, mattresses. queen: hybrid mattress/ double: memory foam •Smart roku tv with screen mirroring capabilities •High-speed fiber wifi •Car port: 1 car (additional parking in driveway) Guest access You have private access to entire property! Other things to note Please remove and leave shoes in the entry/laundry room to protect the energetic integrity of our home! Thank you!! Be sure to fully close the entry door and just give it a double check to ensure it’s closed properly! Please take any food from the fridge with you! If you use the seating at tables outside, please just flip the chairs back towards the table (to protect the front portion of chairs from birds) & same idea for the cushions on the chairs near the fire pit- just flip them back! The neighbors little dog may bark at you, but he’s actually quite sweet!
