The space When I was renovating this apartment, I wanted to create the feel of a small boutique hotel room at the beach with an emphasis on surfing and the ocean. It is clean, modern and everything is brand new. Like a hotel room, there is no kitchen. There is a standard size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. 800 thread count sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There is a couch with surfboard shaped coffee table. 32 inch smart TV with all the channels. The bathroom LED has 3 light settings (cool, warm and natural). The overhead light/fan has 3 settings as well. I like to think of this as a treehouse at the beach. This is a small quiet building with working professionals. Not a party place. Perfect space if you are visiting family and not comfortable in a hotel room. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: PRIOR to accepting a guests reservation, I will send the house rules. The guest has to agree to the house rules in writing to stay on the property. These are the rules: House Rules *No smoking, no pets, no visitors. *NO visitors of guests allowed in the apartment or on the property. This apartment is for ONE guest only. *Masks MUST be worn outside in the common areas. *No smoking in the apartment or anywhere on the property. To smoke, you have to go out in the street.
