The space This spacious home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and back porch. Ample driveway or street parking is available. Private front door entrance. The other unit is completely separate with no shared spaces. A McMinnville/Warren County visitor guide is provided. If you need anything we are available through message, text, and phone. All that historic McMinnville has to offer is a short distance from our front porch. Main Street with great shopping and restaurants, Smooth Rapids, Depot Bottom Brewery, Rock Island State Park, Cumberland Caverns, Isha Institute, and much more is a short walk or drive away.
