Overbrook house, built in 1926, is a sunny, spacious house with 8 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a 6 burner stove and share a meal in the dining room with a table that can seat 20! Relax in the living room or den or sneak away for a quiet nap on the couch in the sunroom. Follow the flagstone path and cool off in the 60' swimming pool. If you need more room, we have another house next door to accommodate up to 8 more guests. The space Overbrook includes many acres of diverse terrain to explore and enjoy including lawns, a large field, woods, a stream, and a pond. Buttermilk Bay is just a short walk away.
