Why us? We can sleep a large number of people in the same space for less money than you would pay in a hotel! Quiet, but very comfortable RV trailer that is large enough to hold 7 people. Amenities rival that of a small apartment. Great views of the countryside! The trailer sits on a small ranch, which we call Ranch Jubilee! The neighbors are spread out and we are in the "county" and not the city. Come on out to relax or enjoy feeding the alpacas! Oh and don't forget the horse too! The space Entire trailer at your disposal to use. Anything inside of the trailer can be used as you need. I would describe the place as a very comfortable "apartment" rather than a "hotel". You are able to personally interact with the hosts, yet the hosts stay to their own business while you are able to attend to yours. We allow fire-pits for an evening fire and can supply you with equipment and materials for this. The evenings are cool and pleasant which makes a fire perfect. If you have ever been to an RV campground and built a small fire in a firepit, this is what you can do here. We are starting a project to create a trailer-side patio. This will be a small personal space for guests so you can sit outside with some privacy. We feel privacy is very important. If you have any special requests or if having some amenity is very important to you, please contact us. We make every effort to accommodate. Just because it may not be listed on here does not mean we cannot make it happen. One example of this would be parking. We have a very large driveway and parking area. We host additional small businesses on-site as well. If there is a concern about parking, we will be happy to move anything that you may feel would be a concern. Ranch Jubilee is a working small ranch with an arena and horse stalls but it is also quiet and comfortable at the same time. Bedding arrangement: Master Bedroom: One queen bed sleeps 2. Bunk Room: Two separate bunk beds sleep 2. Two floor cushions / seat backs convert into two separate beds. Great for kids. Common Area: Sofa converts into a bed, sleeping 2. Dinner table converts into a bed, sleeping 1. Guest access Lots of parking. A/C, heat, water, bathroom and shower, kitchen. You may access the area immediately outside the trailer as a sitting area. We encourage guests to bring their favorite set of chairs but we have a few we can provide if you need us to. We do have a courtyard with a fence around it. Inside is a brick fire-pit. We will allow you to use this with some notice and will provide wood and logs for you to enjoy. Other things to note This list is some general misc items about the space: This trailer is in the country. It will have that feeling, and you will be able to breathe fresh air and not feel squeezed next to neighbors or up against hotel room guests partying next door. The expectation to have is to enjoy being outside, cooking in a camp-site type of setting, and have a camping / adventurous spirit. What we are not? We are not the Marriott, the Hyatt, a high-end hotel, or a busy motel. We are certainly an awesome comparison to a short-term apartment, short-term camping experience in a luxurious way, or a great way to sleep a larger number of people without paying crazy hotel prices with multiple rooms. Please review all photos of the trailer and property. It is important to know this is a large trailer and as such, will feel like it. The walls are thinner than a house, and the bedroom is more compact than you may be used to in a house or hotel room. Extremely comfortable but the trailer is designed to be mobile and light weight for towing. The trailer sits in an RV parking space on the side of the house. The property is very quiet except for an occasional animal or dog barking. The property is easy to find and access but it's near a two lane road. Most people do not notice but please note it is there. We are making improvements in the future to add more privacy. Feel free to use the park benches to drink coffee, sip wine, keep warm by the firepit, or relax. Please keep the trailer clean. Trash should be kept to a minimum inside. Cans are outside next to the fence. We have a cleaning service but if things are out of hand, after the visit, we have to recover the extra cleaning costs. Cleaning supplies are under the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. Note, we use special RV toilet paper, not normal house toilet paper. These are in-stock in the trailer. Feel free to bring a streaming stick and attach to WIFI. We do have one inside the trailer. We have WIFI for your convenience. Full size shower with hot water. There is a brand new bathroom vent fan that is high end and installed so you can be sure to get fresh air into the bathroom and smelling nice. We service the fresh and black water tanks for you. We have a full trailer manual you can read after booking. Thank you.
